Communications
With your consent, we send transactional messages (quote, reservation, pickup/delivery windows, driver ETA, status updates, delivery, and review requests) by email and SMS. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of texts, HELP for help. Optional marketing is kept separate and is not required to purchase.
Sharing
We share necessary details with assigned carrier partners and service vendors (such as payment and messaging providers) to perform your transport. We do not sell your personal information.
