Shipping Terms & Conditions

1. Accuracy of Information
By booking, you confirm all information provided is accurate — including vehicle year, make, model, condition, modifications, weight, and items inside. Incorrect information may result in forfeiture of your deposit and additional charges at pickup.
2. Ownership & Authorization
You confirm you are the legal owner or authorized agent with authority to arrange transport. You accept full responsibility for this shipment.
3. Vehicle Condition & Modifications
Vehicle must be in the condition described at quoting. Undisclosed modifications affecting height, width, length, or weight — including lift kits, roof racks, oversized tires, dual rear wheels, long bed configurations, or EV classification — must be declared. Failure to disclose may result in refusal to load, surcharges, or deposit forfeiture.
4. Personal Items
Up to 100 lbs of personal items permitted free in the trunk or cargo area only. Items beyond declared weight or in the passenger compartment result in additional charges or refusal to load. Auto Rocket is not liable for personal items left in the vehicle.
5. Vehicle Preparation
Fuel at ¼ tank or less; vehicle must start, steer, and brake normally if quoted as running; all tires inflated; no active fluid leaks; loose exterior parts secured; side mirrors folded; alarm disabled or disarm code provided; toll transponder removed; keys available at pickup.
6. Deposit & Cancellation
Deposit is non-refundable if: incorrect vehicle information was provided; undisclosed modifications found at pickup; terms changed within 24 hours of pickup; vehicle not prepared per these terms; or auction credentials are invalid or fees unpaid. Cancellations 48+ hours before pickup eligible for full refund. Balance collected immediately after loading — not at delivery.
7. Auction Transport
All auction fees must be paid and cleared, credentials valid, and vehicle info matches booking. Invalid credentials or unpaid fees preventing pickup result in deposit forfeiture and rescheduling fee.
8. Transit & Delivery
Transit windows are estimates, not guarantees. Auto Rocket is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances. A Bill of Lading will be completed at pickup and delivery — inspect your vehicle before signing.
